Sales Interview Guide

The Sales Interview Guide is a report used by managers hiring for outside sales positions. The report provides a manager with personality and ability scores for an applicant relative to scores of successful sales representatives. The report is based on over 25 years of experience working in technical, automotive, medical, health care, and consumer goods industries.

Each dimension has Overall and Strong statements PLUS, Interview Questions that go along with a rating scale!
