Leadership Coaching Report
Anyone desiring to improve leadership skills and abilities will find the Leadership Report enlightening. It is intended to assess an individual's abilities in the context of leadership. Candidates are provided with insight into their leadership style and given an understanding of how their behaviors may impact their leadership ability. Individual personality profile scores are compared to "typical" scores for exceptional leaders in the following areas:
