Watterson & Associates knows that our clients want to be informed and up-to-date on employee development programs. As an added service to our clients, we are providing a list of developmental readings, seminars and activities that your organization may find helpful. The list is not exhaustive and you may find other resources that serve your needs better. However, for those organizations just beginning their developmental processes and needing direction, the list is an excellent point of reference.
