Reflect on Practice Situations

Progress Report

Step 5: Evaluate Results

How it Ties Together

As you move through the PDP it is critical that you identify specific behaviors you would like to modify. Step 2: Assess Strengths will help you discover and clarify which area you would like to address.

In addition to identifying these behaviors, evaluating your progress in an observable and measurable manner is imperative. In fact, the evaluation of your results, should occur at set, specific times.

The Benefits of Evaluating Results

The benefit of monitoring your performance and others’ perceptions of your improvement, provides you with more feedback on your progress through the PDP.

For example, identifying things that worked well, along with when it was not so easy to practice the behaviors, will help you identify what is making you stronger and what challenges you still face.
