Jim Hicks
Jim
Hicks began studying leadership styles and effectiveness while
working for a major nuclear engineering company. Over his career,
he has served in a broad range of positions including Chief
Administrative Officer, with responsibility for Human Resources and
other business functions, and he has been president of a subsidiary
company. He has implemented leadership development programs,
succession planning, and 360ยบ feedback programs. Mr. Hicks
holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
His real-life business perspective has served him well as he has coached hundreds of individuals from entry-level to executive. His experience helps companies turn coaching into action plans that relate directly to winning business strategies.
