Dr. Phil De La Torre
Dr. Phil De La Torre has more than 16 years of experience as a
consultant to large corporations and privately held companies
worldwide. His expertise includes management consulting, leadership development and
coaching, teambuilding and personality assessment. Fluent in
Spanish, Dr. De La Torre has conducted training and leadership
coaching workshops in Mexico and South America as well as in the
U.S. He is passionate about personal excellence and dedicated to
inspiring greatness in others.
Dr. De La Torre designs solutions to help organizations build the
confidence that will produce extraordinary results in their
organization. He partners with management teams and individuals,
developing effective strategic skills allowing for clear
direction, vision and leadership throughout the organization. Dr.
De La Torre has designed and facilitated leadership development and
supervisor training and assisted in redesigning organizational
structure consistent with business strategies. He has
successfully facilitated the "people aspect" of major system
integration efforts such as ERP and SAP deployments.
Dr. De La Torre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from Florida State University and a Master's and Doctorate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He also met the criteria for the Management Department on Organizational Development and Leadership program while at Bowling Green. A published author, Dr. De La Torre has written extensively about organizational climate and culture, the transfer of training success, change management and job analysis.
