WAI’s Methodology
Watterson, Aldridge & Associates, Inc. (WAI) begins by setting up a structure that translates the successes of your company and reflects these successes in terms of present and future employees.
We also assist you and your staff in identifying characteristics and traits that you are looking for employees or individuals to emulate.
After these characteristics and traits are identified, we assist the individual in identifying their areas of strengths and improvement.
We then create a program that will improve the identified areas and help your employees achieve measurable results.
In order to develop this sustained process, WAI first establishes corporate leaders’ personal vision and integrates it with the stated corporate mission.
Then as each new employee becomes part of the process, we develop a personal inventory of each individual’s gifts and limits relative to this vision.
Next, we create a personal learning curriculum (what we call a learning pathway) that addresses the identified growth areas of:
- Thinking Skills
- Emotional Resilience
- Physical Vigor
- Personal Style
After we create a personal learning curriculum, we build a plan to transition this newly acquired knowledge into understanding through action.
Finally, we evaluate results to determine the effectiveness of development.
