Meg Seelbach
Ms. Seelbach brings over 10 years of experience as a consultant and trainer specializing in personal, group,
and organizational effectiveness. Her consultation focuses on interpersonal skills development and coaching.
In the last ten years, Ms. Seelbach has trained over one thousand upper level managers, supervisors, social
workers, teachers, parents, sales professionals, and couples in developing communication skills. Ms. Seelbach
works with management teams in developing effectiveness, ‘organization through attitude’ surveys and does
individual coaching for personal development.
For 10 years prior to joining Watterson, Aldridge & Associates, Ms. Seelbach owned and operated Quality
Communication & Management, Inc., a training and consulting organization. She also served as
Program Coordinator and Trainer for the Ohio Children and Family Services Executive Institute,
a statewide management training program through Case Western Reserve University.
Ms. Seelbach holds a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Human Services.
