Management Development Report

The WAI Manager Development Report could be compared to a mirror. By completing a personality questionnaire, this reports summarizes how you view yourself and in comparison to other successful managers.

The benefit this report provides is increased self-awareness.

In fact, research and practical experience in both large and small organizations have strongly indicated that the more we know about ourselves (our likes, dislikes, interests, motivations), relative to a specific job, career, or profession, the more it helps us to be productive, successful, and most of all, happy in our endeavors. Therefore, learning about yourself is important to increasing the odds of being successful.

No person is perfectly suited for his or her occupational role. Instead, we exhibit personal gifts and limits relative to the activities that comprise a job. The purpose of this report is to identify your gifts and limits and to provide developmental suggestions so that you can better understand yourself.

The value that I have experienced working with Meg Seelbach is first and foremost her expertise in how to deal with relationships. Meg offers positive, unbiased input that allows me to have an impact at work, with my family, and with friends. Although we have not met for a couple of years, I am still influenced by her coaching every day. I didn’t realize how life impacting the process would be.
