Mark Kogelnik
With a strong interest and expertise in organizational development, Mr. Kogelnik helps companies
identify their associates’ strengths and leverage their talents in a competitive marketplace.
Through such tools as, WAI’s proprietary model, the Personal Development Process and
Succession Planning, Mr. Kogelnik provides companies with the ability to assess their
current leadership and plan for the future.
Mr. Kogelnik has also assisted a wide range of organizations, from mid-sized to large companies,
with interpreting personality assessments. These assessments are instrumental in hiring new
individuals, along with the development and coaching of current associates.
With over five years of human resources experience in a number of industries ranging
from manufacturing to retail, Mr. Kogelnik has conducted numerous recruiting, training,
development, and employee relations programs.
Mr. Kogelnik holds a Masters Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Diversity
Management. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society
for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society of Human Resources Management.
Mr. Kogelnik volunteers his time as a guest lecturer within Cleveland State Universities’ Psychology Department. In addition, he is a mentor for psychology students attending Youngstown State University. He also serves in a similar capacity assisting Cleveland State University basketball players who will be entering the field of psychology.
