WAI assists companies with future mergers and acquisitions by completing a comprehensive Management Audit.

As part of the comprehensive management audit, the following steps are taken:

A review and critique of affected associates, including associates’ strengths and limitations.
An implementation of our strategic succession planning software.
The facilitation of conversations with affected associates.
Individual and group training resources in order to:
- Facilitate the required changes.
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions, including Individual Assessments and Feedback, for affected associates.
