Dr. David G. Watterson’s International Experience
Throughout Dr. Watterson’s distinguished career, he has had extensive experience with international hiring and expatriate assignments for companies ranging from 100 million to 9 billion in annual sales in such industries as, accounting, appliance sales, building materials, chemical, fluid control, law, medical, equipment, nuclear, and plastic molding.
Dr. Watterson has interviewed more than 1,000 individuals involved with foreign assignments, including both patriate assignments with the United States, as well as, United States citizens with expatriate assignments in other countries.
Not limited to just selection interviews, Dr. Watterson has also coached executives for both foreign assignments and the repatriation process for a variety of senior management positions within human resources, sales and marketing, finance, engineering, logistics, supply chain management, and information management.
