Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching is an ongoing developmental process based on a “gap analysis” often initiated from a developmental report, 360-degree assessment, or a managerial concern.

Length of commitment varies, but at least 3 months is recommended.

Involvement includes face-to-face meeting, phone, or email check-ins and specific homework practices to close the developmental “gap”.

The value that I have experienced working with Meg Seelbach is first and foremost her expertise in how to deal with relationships. Meg offers positive, unbiased input that allows me to have an impact at work, with my family, and with friends. Although we have not met for a couple of years, I am still influenced by her coaching every day. I didn’t realize how life impacting the process would be.
