Customer Service Interview Guide

The Customer Service Interview Guide is a report used by managers hiring for customer service positions. The report provides a manager with a personality and ability assessment for an applicant relative to the profile of successful customer service representatives. In addition to providing an assessment, the report and supporting literature offer probing interview questions. The responses to these questions can help to develop a deeper understanding of the individual.

  • Sales Initiative

Along with a rating scale, each dimension has Overall and Specific statements plus, Interview Questions!
