Christine A. Brondel, MA, LPC
Ms. Brondel specializes in individual development though meaningful client interaction and customized assessment interpretation and feedback in a variety of organizational settings.
A Licensed Professional Counselor, Ms. Brondel has more than 15 years of corporate and career counseling experience, providing a practical and valuable perspective in counseling settings. In addition to her background as a management professional in the banking and manufacturing industries, she brings experience in managing the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems for small to large corporations.
Ms. Brondel, a qualified practitioner and licensed administrator of several standardized personality, interest and group dynamic assessments, assists clients in making well informed decisions in identifying suitable candidates for selection as well as promotion into new roles. She provides individual leadership skills services that include working with clients to assess current leadership efforts, targeted resources for future growth and designing necessary additions to existing development activities.
Ms. Brondel received an MA in Counseling and Human Services with a focus on career development. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, provides mentoring services for the National Career Development Association and sits on the Board of the Ohio Career Development Association. Additionally, she has achieved the designation of Certified Talent Consultant through her work in strategic talent management using the 16PF personality instrument.
Additionally, Ms. Brondel volunteers her time with Dress for Success’s Professional Women’s Group, Cleveland’s 20/30 Young Professional Group and St. Martin de Porres High School in Cleveland.
