	John (Skip) H. Aldridge has been chosen by our organization to assist in the development of personal effectiveness strategies for key executives. Through a combination of assessment, interview, and observation, Skip has been effective in working with key staff in designing personal improvement strategies which are meaningful to the impacted individual as well as to our organization.
