Referring to a collaborative project to assist Nucor Steel with the screening, and hiring, of job applicants, Jen Miles, Mohave County Development Manager says “Mohave County Community College, Nucor, Watterson and Associates (WAI), and Mohave County all worked well together on this major undertaking. To me, our efforts with Nucor, and their industrial, psychological firm, Watterson and Associates (WAI), have been a ‘best practice’ type of initiative. Administering online, three-hour assessments to approximately 500 Mohave County job seekers in a four-day period could not have happened without a strong working partnership and a dedication to workforce success.”
