WAI will incorporate an organization’s competencies or values into a customized report to be used for successful on-boarding. The WAI Onboarding Competency Report (OCR) maps the new hire’s Watterson Personality Questionnaire (WPI) results to an organization’s competencies or values. The OCR provides specific strengths and development areas relative to the job description and previous employment experiences. The OCR is a tool that facilitates candid conversations within the first 90 days of employment, leading to expedited learning and greater retention of talent.
